- User: The User is any person who uses the website or any of the services offered on the website or applications.
- User Content: The term "User Content" refers to the data transmitted by the User in the various sections of the website.

Article 2. Purpose
2.1The purpose of these general conditions is to define the terms and conditions for the provision of the services of the https://tomleysen.com website, hereinafter referred to as « the Service » and the conditions of use of the Service by the User.

5.4We reserve all intellectual property rights to the site and applications. Consequently, the User cannot represent, reproduce, modify, nor more generally, exploit this Graphic Charter and/or Contents without prior and express authorization from Tom Leysen.
5.5Any unauthorized exploitation of the Graphic Charter of the Site and/or its Contents constitutes acts of copyright infringement and/or right of distinctive signs and incurs the criminal and civil liability of the Inscriber on the basis of copyright infringement and/or right of distinctive signs.

Article 6. Limits of liability relating to the website
6.1The information provided on this site is for informational purposes only and can not constitute any advice or recommendation of any kind whatsoever.
6.2Access to certain sections of the Site requires the use of an Identifier and a Password. The Password, chosen by the User, is personal and confidential. The User undertakes to keep his password secret and not to disclose it in any form whatsoever.
6.3The use of his username and password through the internet is at the risk and peril of the user. It is up to the User to take all necessary measures to protect his own data against any attack.
